  1. @SimGuy1972 thank you . As long as the jam finished before workers go to work, I think it's fine. @zbeginendz above (picture number 4) shows us brilliant trick to double city entrance flow.
  2. After placing this track, RCI building won't dense up.

  4. I think you need to destroy all street at residential area, draw new grid spacing that support high density building back to back ($450 dirt road) or something like that.
