    If you didn't introduce Train Fix MOD by Oppie, it may solve your problem :)   I'm not sure which mods or scripts I switched on or off, but I managed to get the Oppie Train Fix mod to work last night after a few confused and aggravating months of ugly low res Maxis bullet trains.   The community made train mods are so sexy.

    Excellent mod, if only we could figure out how to modify the game sounds to switch the sirens to gentler Japanese tones and someone speaking on the public announcement system.
