Cities Skylines -- Ploppable RICO: It appears to be broken since the Modern City Center content pack was launched. Maybe it's only effecting those of us who bought that dlc, but it's a real problem for builders. Bloody Penguin seems MIA and you're the only other author of that mod I "know" and trust. Can you please take a look at the comments on the mod and see if we're all nuts or if there's actually something wrong? Thanks.
