    Read the readme thats in the zipfile. If your resolution is below a certain resolution ( cant remember which one it was, I think it was around 1400) you should install the lowres and not the highres.
  2. Is there a way to have free controll over the camera? I saw BOC doesnt work anymore after patch 7.2. Is there another mod out there that does the same? I have Akar and Orion but that doesnt let me look around freely. (I absolutely love all the mods on this website btw, made simcity a lot less cringeworthy)
