     the subway tools are installed but the maglev is still there.. no sign of the subway entrance... any ideas?

    I open up a folder on my desktop first or  go to Program Files (x86) then Origin Games then SimCity Then drag the downloaded file/files to SimCityData. Or if you download to your desktop or a desktop folder you still have to plop it into the SimCityData folder...
