  3. Hi, is there a mod that generates income on power generated based on the current population? This makes it so that aside from taxes, the city earns revenue on the electricity being provided to its citizens to offset the maintenance costs of the power plants. Its much like when you are selling power to neighboring cities. If possible I would also like to see this happen to water pumping. Let them receive their first electricity and water bills.
