Then you may just wanna go the SC4 and use some BAT mods... I analysed Cities:Skylines and their buildings. They are fake looking and worse in every way compared to SC buildings. I hope the modders can fix that with a BAT-like thing for Cities: Skylines. Otherwise this game is gonna be so crappy it won't even get it's own forum on Simtrop.

Simple. The AI is still majorly bugged and crappy. As fun as this game is, those problems will never be fixed. There will be no soluition besides taking 5-10k simoleans out of your hourly budget for maxed police precincts in each city and get a university with a school of law in your region. Get all helicopters and cars, the response time antenna, 1 (or 2 depending on your education level) crime prevention van and 3 (or two depending on prior choice) detectives. Make sure to donate lots of detectives from the other cities to your city with the highest crime rate, and progress through your region with a super-sized crime force. And make sure you have excellent attendance for your education services in each city. Might want to do some youtube study on this. I personally recommend skyestorme's guide. As for your problems with homeless and criminals in Megatowers, are the homeless paying rent? Are the criminals disturbing the peace? If rent is being paid and no crimes are being committed, don't stress. If you can't get to them, build a launch arcology and make sure you allow stowaways. While this may limit your end payout by 500-1000 simoleans, it gets rid of those pesky criminals you can't catch. Just a caution, the game's mass transit and weak AI can't handle all the tourists wisely, so expect region-wide highway traffic jams (literally, the entire regional highway. First of all CAUTION !!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD SUPER RAR FILE OPENER !!!! CAUTION. Okay, so now. Here's a step by step guide I got from a colleague. So here we go now. You said your zip file is in your SimCitxData folder. Thats nice so far. Then you will have to look at my 2 pics. The 1st pic shows what you should do (unfortunatley my windows is in german...) - translation of the option is extract here. 2nd pic shows the new folder after extraction. It wasn't an account deletion, it was a transfer of computers and a forgetting of an email adress. I still use the account to play SC5, but there are other things I CAN'T do that I need my Email for.
