You can use either the original SimCity or SimCity2000. All you need to do is when you open the load file window change the file type from .scx to .sc2 and you can use your SimCity2000 maps also. Wow good idea, well it works anyways , i may see if i can add an map editor tool for the client , Well i ended up doing the map pack anyways so its available on the site .

Ya the game can be slow at times if u have a slow internet connection , It is really fun tho play around with other players on the map and ya Unforchantly you can't make your own map because the client dosen't support the same map file as sc2k Normal game , But I may make a cupple of map packs this week comeing up and upload it to the site so be sure look for it .

So i don't see many pepl that play sim city 2000 but i just want to keep it alive , If anyone wants to play a good retro sim city and be able to play online.
