This looks like it's a great mod, however I have encountered an issue on the Mac with the Roads file that makes it currently unusable. I am running the Mac App Store version of the game if that makes any difference.
I installed as instructed, these files (and only these except for the standard files) were placed into the "SimCityData" folder:
000_OFFLINE_DLC_UI_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140716_2_0_Akar
001_OFFLINE_DLC_UI_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140716_1.0.5_AkarRoadsSet
001_OFFLINE_DLC_UI_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140716_1.0_AkarDecoration
001_OFFLINE_DLC_UI_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140716_1.0_AkarSubway
002_OFFLINE_DLC_UI_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140716_1_2_Avalon
003_OFFLINE_DLC_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140231_2_1_RCIHCPLOPALL
004-OFFLINE_DLC_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140716_1_0_OmegaPipeLineRegional
003_OFFLINE_DLC_UI_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140814_2_0_PedestrianPath
009_OFFLINE_DLC_UI_O_ECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20_0818_1_9_UDoN
OFFLINE-ONLY_CoastlineAndWaterwaysTools
In the Mac version, there isn't a "Packages" folder in the "SimCityUserData" folder, there is an "EcoGame" folder, so I placed these files into that folder:
SimCityDLCEP1-Scripts_287520926
SimCity-Scripts_287520926
Upon going into a saved game the extended menu is there and all of the menu options seem to be present but none of the already placed roads are recognized as roads... electricity, sewage and water won't flow through them and vehicles can't drive on them. Upon starting a new game, roads can be placed as usual, but like in the saved game, they aren't recognized as roads, can't be zoned, and can't be bulldozed.
When I remove only the "001_OFFLINE_DLC_UI_OBJECTS_SUGC_TEAM1_20140716_1.0.5_AkarRoadsSet" file and go into a saved game, the roads are once again recognized and behave normally however there are no roads that show up in the menus to be placed.
In addition, I have tried different placement of the "SimCityUserData" files by creating a "Packages" folder and placing them there, as well as in the "SimCityUserData" folder itself, nothing seems to help.
Hopefully this information helps.
