    its basicially because of low education. But the game acts weird anyways. Last night i was playing my city where i had 2 reactors and one of them meltdown, inspite of having full education and tech level !
  5. Btw the plopable buildings outside the map box doesn't snaps to the roads outside the map. It would greatly appreciated if u fix this issue. Anyways thanks for the amazing mod

    If u plop a large station. make sure u use only helicopters . dont use fire trucks cos they are slow, helicopeters are faster.
