If they do this, then they will have to have CPU AI users... You can set there difficulty and stuff like when you need something, you don't text the CPU AI, you hit a button of sorts, but if they don't have what you need, they don't send you anything...

Please add my name from the left of this message and tell me what server you use a lot... The servers that are closer to me start at the bottom with the "Test" and "NA" servers...I just need to know either east or west and the # People with the COT EP can have more cities then others, but, you have to supply COT stuff for others, as soon as you get COT buildings and supplies send to the nearest city as quick as you can... And always help the people with less pop or money by sending them stuff, that includes anything mined...
