    Well, I got SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition from the Gamestop app for only 19.99. SimCity 4 Deluxe is pretty fun. It's your choice to choose. I don't have any input on CitiesXL though. I never played it, but I watched videos of it. Seems like a fun game.
