Hey Guys! Same problem here, my own region, 1 city went bankrupt. City pauses, all bonds have been taken out. OPtions come up, the only option that will fix it is "START A NEW CITY". I select that, and it loads, but doesnt stop loading, i even left it over night, woke up in the AM and it was still loading... Thoughts? You think it has something to do with the servers>?

Disasters should be random, but also based upon how you run your city, E.g If you continually run a very polluted city, for a long period of time "climate change disasters" start to affect your city. Chackson
