Don't be fooled by this being an abbreviated demo. I am a beta tester and this is what you are going to get. Basically all you are missing is the unlocking of some buildings and roads but the CORE game is there and that is what you will get. There are reasons why it is capped at 22k, trust me can't go into details on that right now. Buildings do not change in fact nothing changes over time unless you change it. Very static. The bugs that are posted under "more screenshots from the demo" have been in the beta since the beginning and have yet to be fixed. Last update in the beta was over 3 weeks ago. I would advise anyone to hold off on purchasing right now, they can't get core gameplay updates out what makes anyone think they will have new content added monthly????

The demo gives a VERY CLEAR picture of the gameplay you will be getting. Can't go into details. NDA.

Is anyone still having the problem that when you try to load the game after logging in you get the error CitiesXL_Game.exe has encountered an error and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks

Just got my key from this site http://www.onlinewelten.com/win/226-cities-xl-beta-keys/ just register and click on the link in the email they send you and then login and it will assign you a key. Use google translator to translate the web pages. game is downloading now. Good Luck!

This is my first post on this site but I am a long time fan of SimCity and this site. I have just finished writing a letter and getting ready to send it off. I have had some friends and family send letters as well.
