Wait, you are using cheat so....bro, you gotta stop depending your city's development to money cheating. You'll never find the true feeling of fun when playing SimCity. Follow the path of balance and read what Jason explained before. Your city can still be saved.

Weird, you installed it correctly, game version is fine, but still nothing change. This is out of my area now. I should leave this matter to the NAM team.

Now that's weird, the mod should work. Have you done a rechecked at your transportation menu? It should contained additional tools by now.

All you have to do is hit the install button. The program will automatically install the mod to the correct files. There's no need to put it in the Program Files. You did an update patch, so, i just wanna make sure, what version does your game.exe show when you hover your pointer over it?

It could be your graphic setting. But, we need more detail information. What OS are you using? Your GPU? Your game version?

High wealth resident is very finicky, like they are in the real world (no offense ). You fail to give what they wan't, they'll soon leave your city. You must have schools, hospitals, police stations nearby and an evergreen desirabilty. Oh and a workplace nearby too. They don't like travel too far. Be sure to zone them in a strategic area.

Putting in turtle mode is a mark of great patience. I guess i can see now how much you like rush in building a city. Simcity4 is not sprint, it's like marathon, slow but steady wins the race.

Tsk..tsk... This is what happen when someone don't play in balance... You got a very high demand for I-HT there. I suggest you zone some industrial high-density in green unpolluted area to balance the demand. Your other demands are dying. You should higher your other taxes a bit. You're not making profit at all. Monthly income 1000 and expenses 65000?? That is a disaster. Bulldoze some or just lower the funding of every civic buildings you have. They absorb your money greatly each months.

Me too. Puting a cheetah mode is not natural for me. Although it's very useful in many times.
