I've installed SC4Tool and I have realized that only works for maxis buildings, not for other buildings, so is not useful to me... so....is not possible to change the style of a building created by the community?

I would like to be able to change the style of specific buildings, because Parisian buildings from Xannepan and others are in European modern style, so buildings from the XVII or XVIII century grow in the XXI century at the side of very modern buildings. I think many people is confusing and interpret European as old and historic, and is not the case of European style in SimCity 4. So I would like to know if is possible to change the style of this Parisian buildings to the Chicago style, this way this buildings would grow in a more suitable style aside of other old buildings as Chicago old buildings or dutch houses. Do you know how, please? SC4 Tool? mmm, I am gonna research what is this..
