    this is realy nice!!. Victory, made something like this too, he/she made Country Road Set, which included a straight, cruve, and intersection, it looked SWEET in the farms. maybe you should hock up with 'em and put these together.

    maybe you could play around with some more props. and whats up with the monthly income?, this lot should really give you Cs$$ jobs, not income. try using the RCI blank lot set and making this into a CS$$ supermarket. that'll be cool

    the problem is you probably dont have enough jobs or there commute is to long. dont place A WHOLE BUNCH!! of them in one shot, place some little by little. and make sure your R$$ demand is high
