  1. Sorry, I should have read your post properly. Bulldoze everything. Take out bonds and ask the other mayors for $$ gifts to get yourself going again.
  2. Exit the region to the main menu. Select "play" enabling you to veiw your game slots for that server. If you are the creater of the region and there are no other cities active simply abandon the region to delete. That's what has worked for me so far

      Well played. I quite understand the trials and tribulations of opening week. Hell, Black Ops 2 was a mess, but to compound the frustration with no offline playability is what is sending people over the edge. I've played 3 or 4 hours so far and quite enjoy it
