what is really interesting is that in 2004 when Kerry was running against bush there was a republican governor. At that time the law stated that the Governor would appoint the new senator. The Liberal majority did not like that one bit since the Governor was a conservative! Turns out it didnt matter as Kerry lost! Fast forward 5 years and Mr. Kennedy dies. Now the Liberal Democrat Governor cant appoint a new senator. So they are forced to have a special election. Lo and behold the person hand picked by the Liberal leaders of one of the liberalest states lost!... TO A ROOKIE!!!!

I am part German in my heritage so i use the German region. My name Manfred is German and means Peacemaker. In Germany Political leaders are also known as "manfreds" so in my game i created a city called manfredville. My sims will rule the world by peaceful means!

Hello I am new player to Sim City 4. I am 23 and a conservative Christian. (check out the "Mennonites" and "Anabaptists" if you are interested. I call myself a "Moderate Conservative Mennonite"). I enjoy old school radio (aka radio nostalgia(ie "The Great Gildersleeve")), movies(aka film noir) and tv series(ie Ozzie and Harriet). I enjoy very few of the new school movies. I am a baker by trade and am currently off for the month of january (our only vacation time of the year).

Hey folks i joined today with the hope of downloading some of these neat looking mods. However I am not able to download anything at all. Is there a reason for this in the rules (ie: one day before downloading) or the site acting up?
