What about being able to make bus stops on expressways?

What about one-way expressways? I think I read about this somewhere, but I could be mistaken! Or like a super-road! With like 20 lanes of traffic! But, I don't think that's possible XD

When I import a region (if i'm successfull), most times, it has spikey mountain things every where. I can make regions with TerraFormer with no problem. Can anybody help me? With some tips on importing?

DC and Paris. Been to DC on many occasions and it's chaos! I'm surprised there aren't more murders! I've never been to Paris but from what I can tell, it's horrible. I would love to live in Paris (which I hope to do, actually), but i'd probably just walk everywhere anyway.

windows 7 ,64bit can play simcity 4 rush hour?

When I played SC4 deluxe on my old computer(Vista Home Premium), it worked perfectly! Basically no lagging. Then I got my laptop (7 home premium) and at times, it lags like crazy! Sometimes it will just randomly exit. It could just be my computer because it only has one processor( mom wouldn't let me get a more expensive one).
