    i really like this but wish it were more WTW with the parking in back...if i was smart enough to figure out lot editor, i'd do it myself but i'm an imbecile when it comes to that... and i wish there were some cool low walls to go around it...But, I digress and thx for the lot.

    very handsome....does it work as a Med bldg with HQ? and i have a request for a euro style old hospital....maybe with courtyard and a gate, kind of like a sanitorium maybe? and what do older classic euro schools look like? it seems like in old movies they also tend to have courtyards...great job!!

    love this!!! i love alternatives to the game civic bldgs and this will look good in my euro-centric cities! now we just need euro style firestation, police statiion, hospital, university, and an old french deco style bus stop/subway station....

    hey Simgoober, how about doing some more yupscale stores, like Pottery Barn, Gap, Abercrombie and Fitch, Williams-Sonoma, Starbucks, Ben and Jerry, Banana Republic, Virgin Records, etc are a few that come to mind... Yuppy Sims need a place to shop too! I guess theyd be Yims...

    In most states, yes, it is unless marked otherwise. You do have to stop first of course, (though many people don't) before proceeding.

    Thats a 4 story office bldg so that works out to 25 jobs per floor; not at all unreasonable. Keep up the great work
