Hope you enjoy...next time, images of things to see in Menvic from the street view....

  4. The Lagoon

If you're able to do Quebec City, it will be nice too
  5. It work, but i don't know why, when i use the mod, the trees (and the other things) on the plazas disappears when i come to the closest view.

  7. GlobexCo Workshop

  9. Hello guys, I have a big problem here. I play CXL since october 09 on my old pc (PIV 3.2ghz, 4 go of ram, Windows XP, Geforce 8600gt). I never experienced any problem except extreme lagging with big cities. I change my Pc and it's now nearly impossible to play without crashing or severe graphics glitchs. Here's my machine : i7-860 2.8ghz Windows 7 8 go of ram ATI Radeon 5770 hd When i load one of my cities, it's ok till the game is fully load (a.k. all trees are appeared on the map). After the complete load, all the graphics of the game became suddenly very ugly (brown boxes, shadow peoples, no more front on my buildings even in the most close-up view). And, if a took a picture (Shift F11 and Even F11), or want to save the game to come back to the planet menu, the game crashes instantly and give me this message : DBGHELP.DLL not found! Help please. This game is one of my best and i cannot play anymore!!!!!!!
  10. Imagine...i had six core and that damn game only use one. What a lost of power and memory. Is there a possibility to make it run on all of them or on another less busy?
  11. New York City

The last picture is great.....i love it!!!!
  12. Aaron95----> It's the Skimbo MOD (available on CXS and maybe here) Thanks for the compliment!

After the presentation of Menvic (not finish yet), it will be PS (and Ocey-Ane too....a cool town of 25 000 people on the Omnicorp islands) RIVIERA BOULEVARD This is the commercial street of Menvic. From East to West, it crosses the entire city. The East side, the Old Downtown, is part of Menvic since the beginning. The West side, the DT II (Downtown II), is plagued with skyscrapers. The width of the Riviera Boulevard West is the double of the East version. In the middle, to point the change of width, there's a place, the Riviera Plaza. RIVIERA BOULEVARD EAST Old Ste-Mary Church The Sylvania Minister of Education building (at the right) The Christ-Roi Church and the Menvic Tower The Imperial Gate and the Menvic Tower The Riviera Plaza Create for the 200th anniversary of Menvic, the Riviera Plaza is a place for the crowd to gather. The contreversial Menvic Tower dominate the plaza (the mayor was forced to bribe Don Madalf of Omnicorp, ruler of the Unesco, to continue the construction he made illegal because of the historical borough beside it, the Londinium) RIVIERA BOULEVARD WEST In the western section of the boulevard, we find the DT II, the CBD of the town. Many societies have their corporate headquarters on the DT II. The Palms Park In the heart of the DT II, the Palms Park look's like (a little bit) NY's Central Park. And now by night.... ENJOY!!!
  14. New York City

It's the closest reproduction of NY I saw until now.....except Liberty City on GTA IV...... Nice work. You can now put some trees on the shoreline, it will look real better!
  15. LOUIZIANA

Wow....Louiziana looks good.....kinda of New Orleans with all the canals and the look's like Pontchartrain lake. Also, it's the first time i saw trains in the train station and on tracks...is it a mod or you put them yourself after?
  16. Thanks for all the comments, it's really nice. I try to make my cities the closest of reality. I'm not a fan of big cities plagued by a forest of skyscrapers....anyway, there's not so much skyscrapers on the game, so it became quickly repetitive. Actually, Menvic is the bigger town i've ever made from a CB..... Originally posted by: Androv Wow, awesome city And as if the French ever conquered anything Actually, I like the backstory and especially the map at the top. Did that take a while to make?quote> Napoleon conquered part of Europe..... I made the map with Campaign Cartographer III...and it take me more than a while.....the program is hard to use (not complicated but not user-friendly...and is full of bugs). The map took me at least 20 hours to make.
  17. Thank you guys, your comments are cool..... Boulevard (John K. Menvic Boulevard) This is the principal road of the town. Starting from the north, the boulevard go straight to the south to finish on the Louis XIV Roundabout. Here's the boulevard from the air (in the center)....from the north point. Now, some nice things you can find on the J.K.M. Boulevard..... THE TOWNHALL OF MENVIC (and the Sylvain Aveeno Statue) THE GREAT LIBRARY Right in front of the Townhall, you can find the Great Library of Sylvania. THE TOWNHALL PARK THE ANTOINE BRISSON MUSEUM THE PARLIAMENT OF SYLVANIA THE ST-PATRICK-OF-MENVIC CATHEDRAL (and the Victory Column) When you reach the Louis XIV Roundabout, you can see the Victory Column in the middle of the Brave Park. In front, the majestic St-Patrick-Of-Menvic Cathedral is the pride of the town. AND NOW BY NIGHT.... That's all for now....hope you like it...
