nice job so far, however before you build up build up, develop some more towns along interstate 5 and I probably would zone for medium density on the island yet.  Also, have an idea of where you want the downtown to be.  Like it so far.

i like the entry but it seems a little unrealistic that within 6 years enourmous  sky scrapers appear, However, I still really like this cj and would like to see an overview of the city
