Wait, I can request maps? Okay, perfect! What I look for in a region is:- Mostly flatland, but with more land than water; multiple tiers, in the form of plateaus and mesas; and all large-sized maps. -
I like the ritzy neighbourhoods. Some of the skyscrapers seem out of place tho'. Keep working on growing that skyline!

Does anybody have any recommendations for R$ and C$ lots/BATs (I forget which one's which) that replaces the slummy in-game houses and crap that develops when the city is just starting? Either that, or a land value increaser mod. I'm sick and tired of my cities looking like crap! Please be of some help; thanks.

I already plop parks and everything. But you're right, perhaps I am just impatient. Honestly I prefer using SC4 as a design tool rather than a simulation game. But then again, aren't the rest of us doing that already?
