My problem is that it would only load dat files that were located at the root of my plugins folder, if I had sub folder then it would not load them..

Ilives Propviewer Hi all, I'm quite new in the SC4 scene and I think I found a very nice hobby with a lot of possiblities! I'm starting my first mayor diary soon and I've been toying with the Lot Editor. I've noticed that finding the correct props in the Lot Editor is not that convenient, the list is huge, the search is not that great and there is no preview. After a bit of research I found information about Ilives Propviewer, so I downloaded it and started using it a bit. The concept is really nice, a convenient list of props under the actual dat file it comes from with a nice preview, the only thing is that the paths where it search for dat file seems to be bugged. I'm not sure if Ilives is still active in the scene, but If it is possible I'd gladly modify the code of the program to make it work. I'm a programmer and I know various languages so that'd be no issue for me. I could make a new one but that'd require a lot of research on the various sim city file format tho, are there any repository for such thing by the way? Hope someone can point me in the right direction ! Leo

Thanks for the info, I switched to the Simulator Z. I have a problem in my region now, some of my sims cry about not having enough job, but in my industrial city I hardly have any industrial demand so I can't really make more jobs. If make more residential in my suburbs then people will generate some industrial demand but not enough for all my jobless sim, so I'm kinda stuck in a vicious circle that I can't get out of. Any advice on how to generate more jobs when there is hardly any demand?

I'm having a lot of unhandled expection when trying to use your application. I've installed the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 maybe its because of the .NET report viewer I do not have it installe I Think.
