    yeah but after a while even parks dont work . . . isnt there a mod for this ? to remove growth caps ?
  4. Ok so im making a city and after a while when the city starts to get big , development is soooo slow , and sometimes some of my zones dont ever grow . I have placed appropriate education , health , police and more facilities ! Even parks and everything i have put because i heard they increase the population caps . . . but eventually even they dont work . So i was wondering what things i can do to remove the population/growth cap ? Is there any mods for it or anything ?
