Apart from the fact that A-Train is more similar to Cities in Motion than to Cities XL (or, for that matter, SimCity), the game is japanese, not chinese!

Even if I didn't see it, I'm sure that this thing is nothing more than one of the placeholders which are already included in the game, because they exactly match Asheroo aka Ashley's description: a grey quadratic building with no textures and a(maybe rotating) 3D-logo on it.- 163 Replies

This mod replaces the normal SimpleBus and the DoubleBus with thei english ones, which were also included in the game, but not unlocked. The MiniBus remains the usual american one, because MC didn't make an english version of it. There are two versions of the mod: 1)The first one just replaces the american buses with the english ones 2)The second one adds the two english buses to the game, while the american ones remain in the game either. Here we go: http://www.file-upload.net/download-2604534/OfficeME.patch.html This hires pretty much everything there is in your city^^ Ah, it is a T3-Office building, which hasn't got any Thumbnail, so, if you want the game to build only that building, you have to search in the T3-Office category for a building with no thumbnail. -
No. The only thing I know is that sometimes, when you edit the texture, the game crashes saying that the graph.bin is missing in the .sgbin. In this case, you always have to re-do the texture completely.

Ever heard something about lua-scripts? rightsmgr.lua is probably not enough to completely crack the game, but there surely is a way...

There will be no mod that unlocks all of these roads, because they aren't all included in the game.

The only remarkable thing about this logfile is that it says that some glasses were not declared correctly in the game data, which is something that never happened to me

No. The .sgbin ARCHIVES contain every 3D-Object and its texture in the game. Unfortunately the 3D-File format used cannot be deciphered at this time, while the texture format can.

Railcrossings and the crashes at the edge of the map are no real problem...they can be solved quite easily.
