Welcome to the Northern Region CJ! My new region is based in the Northwestern Part of Oregon. After a revolt against the Oregon Government in 1861 51st State was born! I have started out with small towns and will be showing not only the city growth but the states growth over time. Please comment, I want to hear what you think (Good or Bad) So enough with that, lets get into what you clicked on! The First town that I am showing is Florence. Florence has just about 450 sims and is on the Western side of the state. The Founders of Florence are buried on the outskirts of the city. The original settlements have been torn down for years and the cemetery is the only thing left that tells their story. Florence Lake is just to the north of the city The lake is very swampy but is very nice during the summer months. Downtown Florence A couple Pictures of the residential side of town And St. James Chruch And for the last shot and aerial shot of Florence. Well thank you for looking at the first post of many to come, I hoped you enjoyed thus far. The next update will be on the city of Auburn The Capital City.

Auburn is the largest city and the capital of West Oregon. Boasting a population of just under 1000 sims it is growing quickly. Here is 3 photos showing the Growth in just the past 10 years! As you can see the State made a deal with the Northern Railway to lay track through Auburn. This has allowed for the growth of the past 10 years. The NR is been contracted to run track south to Florence shortly. This next picture is of NRWO Rail Bridge 1 Which is just north of the city and crosses the Auburn River The Rail Line heading south into Auburn and the Auburn Train Station The Last photo is of Downtown Auburn I hope you enjoyed this post! I would like to take you all for your comments I will be answering all of the shortly! Thank you!

Welcome to the city of Lafayette A CJ you will love to call Home! Est. in 1856 with only 100 residents on the Lafayette River. Growth mostly during the 1920 144 years later our population has grown to 21,000 residents We are still growing and looking for more residents! Maybe you would like to be the next! 1. DOWNTOWN - This is a view of downtown looking west - DOWNTOWN - This is a photo of downtown, looking north up Main st. - That is it for the first update alot more to look for ! Next update November 29, 2007 1 pm Thanks for stopping by! Detroitinc

UPDATE 6 bbfan02 - Nice to see you agin, and thanks for the comment tomdapom - Thanks for stoping by, yea I know I do watch your work need to leave a post on Marshall though. Well take a look at this post, Im sure you will like it! iamccman - construction pack is on the stex just type in construction Thanks for your comment suplado! - Thank you for stoping by and your comment dfnva - Yes I was planning a highway system, and in this update you will be able to see some of it just not all I wanted to wait for the new Rural Highway Mod to come out before I started building it. It will be harder to build in downtown Lafayette due to we have not a way to build below sealevel yet. One of the reason I was also waiting is most american cities that have been built for example Detroit, the interstate was built where homes use to stand giving you dead ends and reworked road patterns. To give the city of Lafayette that real city look I had to wait til the city grew. Thanks for coming and the great comment anarchy0029 - Thank you for your comment I am glad you enjoyed it so much it makes all the work worth it! edmonton_stinks - Thank you and I still have not done to much more work on the arena, still cant figure out how to make the plaza look good! OffTopic - Thanks for stoping by! UPDATE 6 This first pic is an overview of Lafayette! As you can see I had to draw the interstate in One of the few things left out in the rural highway mod but anyways its a great program and cant do what they do, so im not going to complain! That Is I-10 This second photo is city limits Lafayette - Purple Westland - Yellow Ecorse - Blue Wyandotte - Red Now to the first city of the suburbs ECORSE HISTORY OF ECORSE Established in 1939, The city of Ecorse grew quickly on the outskirts of Lafayette. The city runs south from Woodward Ave to Warren And west from Wayne Rd. to Joy Rd. The city population once at 15,000 residents now sits at just about 9,000 residents Ecorse borders the southside of Lafayette which does not help due to the southside being considered the ghetto The 70's and 80's also took its toll on the city as Drugs and gangs moved in Crime skyrocketed leaving Ecorse how you see it today empty! The New Mayor of Ecorse, Jaiden Petersen is trying his hardest to change things but with taxes low and expences high the cards are stacked against him! The First Picture is of the hole city of Ecorse Now mind you where ecorse sits in the game is 4 corners of other cities so i had to put this together why update 6 took so long So take a look at the photos and if you want to get&n

UPDATE 5 haljackey - Thanks for coming though Lafayette Im glad you like the seals, and im sure you could make a great one this one is done on the paint program! mayor of the manor - Heres more OffTopic - Thank you Houston_Fan - This update doesn't have anymore construction but it shows alot of what I built where the construction was. Lafayette, Louisiana is where the name for my city came from I had build the city but, before I made a cj with it i decided to go a different way Thanks for the comment edmonton_stinks - thanks for the comment bbfan02 - I thought the cleveland logo would fit well im glad you like it! suplado - Thanks now heres some more UPDATE 5 This first pic is of Downtown Lafayette You can see the new hockey arena in the left corner The plaza to the right of the arena has not been finished! The city is also working on plans to build up the water front and bring the arena along with old town which is a small area around the train station together! I just thought this is a funny pic somebody left a car on bricks right outside of the arena so much for the Lafayette Police Department This is Woodward Ave. directly across the street from the arena Lots of cafes and resturants line the street Now the third construction shows the a building going up at the corner of Main and Woodward This is now what the area looks like! The second construction photo showed where the new hospital was being built on main Welcome to Lafayette General! Now the next five pics are of the Southside of Lafayette The Southside is one of the poorer neighborhoods in Lafayette Its the only neighborhood to have its own precinct due to the high crime rate, though it has only helped so much This end of Main has alot of gated parking lots, liquor stores dollar stores, gas stations, buildings that you see mostly in poorer neighborhoods also Southern High School sits on the corner of Main and Central This is old fire station 2 now the Hederson Glass Co. Southern High School Corner of Main and Central One of many city parks that are thoughout Lafayette South District Precinct Thanks for Coming Detroitinc
