This is your basic treasury, where money is printed. Most of it goes to Sims, but you get $5k out of it a month. Even though the most of the operation goes on underground, you still need security. And Sim police have posted quite a bit on site... This lot is under rewards. The file includes only the .dat, but if I update it, I may put in the other files. Rate and comment! -

After fooling about with SC4Tool, I decided to make this: This lot is a toll booth, albeit a bit special. It allows Sims to go from 1 avenue to 2 roads, at a cost of 0.2 Simoleans per passage, double the cost of other tolls. Another interesting features is how the game's AI handles the path-finding: the AI automatically plots the shortest course, so, if one road branching from the toll has 500 cars of traffic, the AI will automatically start to use the other road. This building is your link to one of the most devastating events in history: Hiroshima. This building was one of many collected on-site, and each SimCity is required to have one to remind them of the disasterous event. But... it does so more that visually. It spews out radiation, making it a tactical choice for the mayor. It has no dependencies, the radiation being the only problem that the mayor has to solve. And don't complain about it saying "new123456" in the description, its my name other places, so I put it everywhere. Its only drawback is the texture modeling: it stinks. It won't even show up on the 3rd zoom at high quality. The 3ds was imported from blender3D, and Gmax didn't do a very good job of rendering it. Comments welcome! -

This is the second version of the C4 Industries. It includes a picture, a .dat for the second version (thank you Ilive, for Files2Dat), and the original's Lot, Desc, and model files. This lot is better than the last in that it is bigger, and the fact that it DOESN'T EXPLODE. I've tried to answer all your concerns, but if you have more concerns, please comment. -
Okay, so I was going to use the LE for the first time, and then it simply displays an error message, like when you freeze up a program, and asks to "Send Error Report". I know you need an installed copy of SimCity 4, and that's what's baffling me. I have an installed Deluxe Edition, would that be the problem. Aprecciated, ****

Okay, so 1) I installed BOTH updates. 2) I cleared ALL my Plugin folders (and made duplicates if something important was in one0 3) I sat and thought, and concluded to place it in the PLUGINS folder in the "Main" (aka in Program Files) Sim City 4 folder 4) Changed the shortcut so that way it said this: "C:\Program Files\Sim City 4\Play Game\Plugins\LotEdit.exe" -f (to use full screen) 5) Ran it on an Admin account (so that way I could acess my BAT models under my ADMIN'S profile0 6) And it finally ran! EDIT: Sorry for complicating it with the admin business, but my computer has multiple profiles, and only 1 has admin privalages, so complicatoins happen.

Okay, I'll install the updates. And, no, I haven't seen problems with the game so far... And sorry about the bump, I am also a resident of the Endorphin forums (member New123456) and so I had no idea bumping one's own thread was so frowened upon on these forums. Thank you for your time. EDIT: Finally got it working! This thread can be closed, Sam (or any other mod who visits).

Well, from what I have gathered, that may be true, but what plugins folder? In the Sim City 4 folder under Program Files, or under My Documents? EDIT: Do you even mean the SimCity 4 Plugins folders? Because when I run the Lot Editor, what happens is that it creates a plugins folder outside of the containing folder.

Well, for one, sorry for the fact that the title is completley wrong. It is the RUNNING of it I need help with. Sorry for any confusion. EDIT: I've uninstalled Gmax and the BAT because I've exausted all the potential options I can think of. Thank you though, for all those that have helped. Please close this thread.

Okay, well, here is EXACTLY what happens when I run it. It gives me no specific error code, unless I look into the technical specs on the report. And, as I suggested before, MAYBE it has something to do with the fact that I have the DELUXE EDITION. So, if there are any mods on simtropolis that would remedy that, please say so. It just loaded for a millisecond. The window came up, and then the error window came up. Well, almost as soon as it loaded, the Error Message came up and the window closed. Oh, sorry about the quad-post. My browser is being slow today, and I clicked the button a lot to get it to speed up. multiple posts merged.
