Just to note, I notice that the FDR on the edge of manhattan facing queens and brooklyn is an avenue. In actual new york, its mostly a little highway so try grade separation in that section.

@chocolatecity I notice how small the highway system is compared to main roads. I would like to see little changes like one button click to convert an section to HOV at least like they did with roads.

So you are suggesting that the high tech industry will lower the amount of offices needed to be traded.

I have too much production of offices about 50 and they are going bankrupt because of it. But , it wont let me trade. any suggestions?
