It sucks that the auto turn lanes in roads aren't there anymore cause it was sooooo much easier that way.

I'm having troubles getting the people to drive on my newly created RHW highway. They will use it to commute to work, but they won't use it to commute home (which makes no sense because it is practically the only way back and forth besides a ferry). Any ideas as to whats wrong with my highway?

Um, if this picture doesn't work i'll need your help to get it right. If it does then on to the proposal: The blue area is going to be brick street grid-styled commercial area, that would feature some restaurants, boutiques, other stores, and things like that. The black line would be an avenue, and the grey lines, would be streets. The green line would be two one way streets divided by trees or something of the sort. I believe A&L's headquarters(if it still is to be built) would be able to fit into the proposal. Just repeating what I had asked for awhile ago.
