Well I need a Highway becouse this town is between two big ctiys! One of them is an idustrial city but the other one is a city full of comercial offices!

So I have the first question! Where should I build my highway? I give you two pictures of two plans where to build! I need you to tell me what do you think would be the best for this town A or B? So here are the pictures? A Cost: 70 000 B Cost: 160 000 Money in the towns bank: 369 000
