  1. Capitalism versus Socialism

el burro you seem to remember the single rule of everything: nobody likes a grass (telltale) besides i said it was a big burly guy so the barman might not ba able to physically throw him out
  2. Capitalism versus Socialism

British society needs a bit of a shake up since people won't do those jobs because they will be a laughing stock there are plenty of binmen, fruit pickers, stable boys (horse poo cleaning) and cleaners who don't mind the actual work itself but the shunning and general snobbery of other people who are working in an office and are well paid and work regular hours, in the 80s when all the coal mines closed people expect to do a different job every ten years instead of working at a job you can do for most of your life you are still open to promotion but you shouldn't demand it the promotion will come to you not the other way around (although you have to try and be noticed, theres a way of going about it) and thats why we have to import people who will work in that way until of course they demand a leg up and so the cycle keeps going yes you are confusing prejudice with bigotry, if prejudice wasn't beneficial then it would have been wiped out by evolution and by the way if you think everyone will ever get on happy happy la la land then you are in for a huge surprise, since the global economy is having a cold people will fight with each other for jobs etc. and all these "integration schemes" and "melting pots" will become "waste of money" and "hellhole" and before you go and say i havn't thought this through again look up the dictionary for prejudice it will say " to form an opinion before examination" not "to take all people of other races ,religions and greeds and burn them at the stake" now here is a scenario there is a loud guy your local pub, a great big, burly bloke who you have heard shouting abuse at someone in the street earlier. He's very drunk. you look at the telly above him then he sees you thinking you are gawking at him and then starts staring at you do you: (a) down that pint down and get out of there as quickly as possible (b) ask him politley why he has been shouting at people © pick a fight with him now hmmm which do you think will end the day with you in one piece and conscious
  3. i think you should suck the middle east dry before you use your own its simply forward planning
  4. Capitalism versus Socialism

i could quite easily say that the british government favours immigrants over natives the proof is in all these {ethnic background} groups and the number of chances that immigrants can seperate themselves from natives plus people have a right to be defensive until its you who's made redundant you will continue to think the way you do evolution has shown it has been beneficial to be prejudiced since it has stayed with us for thousands of years and its not just against other countries in close knit places the locals are cautious of strangers and rightly so since they are and could be anybody

  9. Wind Power is a NIMBY?

wind turbines are ugly no discussion Germany has the most wind power and hasn't been able to switch off a single coal power station so it has the effect of orange fake tan a purely *cough* cosmetic effect since its so unreliable every single nice looking area in Britain is being proposed for wind power

  11. Amy Winehouse is in.....

yawn the apathyometer is off the scale
  12. Where's the global economy going?

basically because so many companies in america are outsourcing so many jobs they are slowly killing themselves because people will be too poor to afford their products and they will go bust only banning certain products made elsewhere from going in could possibly stop the outsourcing mania yet nobody cares that the same happened in the UK in the 80s and the cotton mills were "modernised" in the 60s and 70s
  13. saltandsauces .obj models for BATing

no smoothing was enabled and it is strange since the red object is one object and to save time i replicated three by three windows and repeated so this makes no sense and its .obj for this occasion by request of thequiltedllama in RL there is an addition but i left it out because it looks stupidly square the windows are perfect squares and this is the original building so it ,ay not match the real life one exactly but i am basing this on three pictures (the back of the building is security pass only)

  15. The Current State of the American Education System.

well im not an expert on education in the US but as far as i know the funding is justwrong in several places in florida the roads budget exceeds or approaches the educational budget and in new york city parking fines fund the schools again im no expert on the USA teaching methods and i don't quite know if the latter statement was true nut i know about the florida statement

  18. Its Snowing In....

in Scotland we have had snow *shock* and gales and all the comments in the papers after saying oh the roads are really slow because of this strange white substance were "this is the weather we are supposed to be having" you can hardly say this is global warming if it is then bring it on and for snow to fall you need it to be cold in the upper atmosphere for it to form so say a cold air current went over baghdad and the article said it melted on the ground anyway

  21. Taking the Bible Literally

by that he must have worshipped the beast and been branded 616 what a weirdo im a Catholic and i have a mind
  22. Capitalism versus Socialism

i would like to have nationalised services where competition does NOT bring benefits and i know this first hand Railways bus regulation (owned by the local council and the buses are limited to the councils that are served by it Healthcare (you CAN go private) State Education (again you can go public(private) water regulation in the same way as buses but the catchment is the pipe range postal service (who could deal with a million post boxes) no companies should operate outside their base country since that leads to multinationals and that leads to dependance and that leads to recession this "interdependance" doesn't seem to be remotley realistic since your economy is tangled with the other countries in the same way complete dependants are
  23. Privacy / CCTV

CCTV in my opinion is just a way of stalking people without them being able to (legalling) stop them that is how i view CCTV plus they probably do sniff forums and close down ones that are particularly "we hate the government" people to stop them comunicating or causing a riot freedom of speech isn't very well protected here in the UK since any remotley controversial issue is silenced by an "Ism"
  24. Worst City Planning

those are not condos they are tower blocks from the 60s which is a sign of poor quality plus its the tower blocks that are crawling with crime and drugs most the shops are closed and vandalised and the lifts smell of pee
  25. Capitalism versus Socialism

if you actually deserve benefits then yuo are entitled to them however it is the combination of benefits that make people lazy if you only got £15 a week (average UK pension) then you would want to find a job so you could earn more but if you claim incapacity benefit, disability benefit, discriminatory benefit, heating allowance (winter only) then it amounts to somewhere near £60 a week which will end as more than you would get if you worked for it. The Tories hae decided to copy NYC on benefits by making long term unemployment benefit claimants do community service which is essentially a job to get those benefits if i could choose i would have a lot of nationalised services such as healthcare ,education, policing, and rails (BR willl never return though) and bus regulation but with things like the co-operative a worker owned chain of shops and corner shops, independant stores and country sized companies (no multinationals) so the countrys economy was independant progressive taxes such as VAT and fuel duty are proportional to the people who pay it the rich will buy more non food items and will pay more tax and the poor will not buy many luxuries and will pay less tax so an equal chunk is taken out of everyones payslip and for factories to employ people making the product since there is a small sense of pride in making physical things although screwing bolt 62 is not fun (you could watch ships being launched in schools) plus it means its a safe bet for a job
