a dying breed of teeneager unfortunatley i am still a teenager but i can say (at least where i am from) a lot of teenagers DO go out stealing curly wurlies, batter little kids, mug people,get drunk at the weekend,take drugs etc. however i can utilise this somewhat by making sure the ADULT numpties (peadophiles, nutters, drunks, homeless etc.) don't lay a finger on me by merely dressing like those idios i do so for two reasons 1 the above 2, i cannot find clothes that fit and aren't for those freaks who mug people/cut themselves you have to put up with this crap until you are 28 roughly so don't hold your breath i have always been "not followed" by a plainclothes security guard and a regular security guard wheneer i go into sainsbury's i also get stopped once in a blue moon whenever a police officer appears and they moan about "chibbing" and nicking stuff to me so i tell them politley please go away don't treat me like some unthinking drooling dafty and leave me to fail miserably at my exams and live in the schemes for the rest of my life

yet again it is out for the really expensive consoles and not for PC until 2010

why do people HAVE to take drugs in the first place? why do you feel compelled to put pills in your mouth or roll up some leaves in some paper and burn them there is just no point it upsets your mood cycle and you end up miserable when you are deprived of the drug so drugs should be banned all of them and only drugs that are legalized (pharmeceuticals) are allowed instead of everything is legal until its made illegal but then again people have to be selfish and bugger up some many other peoples lives

the system in northern ireland is similar to the system in Scotland during our @golden era@ of education (the 50s) there was the 11+ exam and you could either leave for work which is impossible now and learn a trade or you could go to a comprehensive with less than 80% or if you passed that you could go to a grammar school which was much more chalenging and demanding but was rewarding afterwards this was the way in which the working class could get rich by passing with 80% or more but this was seen as reinforcing the class system and was removed there were other barriers to the poorest kids such as my grandad who passed 93% but couldn't go to grammar school because his family couldn't afford a uniform so he ended up a roof slater

i still use videos on a regular basis and cassettes but not out of choice

well i mean bridgend is no paradise and a lot of families are very on edge and the suicide of one might set someone else off

interesting point someone made about buildings being boxes this is true but what people mean by boxes is they mean its bland or it looks blank a lot of cuboids in New York don't look AS bad because they have something going on like framework and tonnes of windows (with spaces in between them) but modern skyscrapers are more floor to ceiling windows and give this giant mirror effect which is quite risky the building in philidelphia breaks the structural rule of buildings that is : the more they are shaped like mountains the stronger it is and there is not a mountain in the world that gets bigger at the top also a point on box stores and housing in general rule known since the reniessance you should not have a building that exceeds a height to width ration of 1:4 so a building of 1:6 would violate that the reason we like spires is because it looks more like a peak tand not like a plateau its the sauce on your steak the cherry on your cake. it looks more like a mountain peak having no blank walls has been known since the reniessance and when blank walls were put in place they made frilly things, empty flus(chimneys) and falsly bricked up windows etc. to keep the wall "painted" per se don't tell me i know nothing about architecture now

if i was to choose new york i would say not have penn station demolished in my city (Edinburgh) i would have every building built since 1950 not to have been built

OK i know i've been absent from this thread a while but i have somepartially bad news i have windows running but i can't register simcity4 because i registered it earier and i have neer received the activation email etc. so im still stuck on that front however i hae a new building planned a large primary school (Glasgow) which i think has been demolished for the M74 which was never completed howeer there is that photo which i will use to make the new school for simcity 4

what normally happens in this "Multiculturisticc" society there are only three outcomes 1: main culture is supplanted by new culture (unlikely) 2: cultures are violently opposed to each other (much more likley) 3: main culture ignores new culture normally what (happens) when i hear "melting pot" i think Brixton plus all this "multiculturism" crap is not possible there can only ever be one public culture they simply don't mix its like oil,water and syrup and it doesn't matter what you do you always end up with ghettos of different races like the indians live there and the pakistanis like that bit and the poles all live in this area the scales are tipped the opposite way every "minority" is favoured over the majority they get special treatment and we get penalized for not moving into the country it brings little benefit with a truley massive social cost especially when the economy "slows down" and all this is relevant eveyone could end up having their owwn courts i also bet anyone who disagrees with me will brand me with the label "racist"

i managed to get it to install previously but nothing could be zoned or built so i removed it i have crappy ATI integrated graphics radeon express 200

i'll tell you why for some still unkown reason my computer decided whenever i switched it on it would load up let me log in then ten seconds later it would justrestart there was no way to get rid of it ok so i had to wipe the hard drive. now i wish to remind you that i do not earn money my money comes from the ground so i couldn't fork out £50 for windows xp (it was preinstalled on my computer) and vista is even worse so i had to at least get it running so i am running ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy

i purged the windows virus from my computer not only because it is crap but because i had some thing that put my computer in a viscious circle of restarting and shutting down so naturally i got rid of it along with the operating system linux is a real operating system plus WINE is a useless piece of crap i have not managed to get anything working with WINE
