haircut is part of the uniform and that involves no bleach peroxides and nothinglike trams and delicate stylings like that

that practice is not unheard of a listed school has been vacated and is left to stand until it "happens" to burn down this is action of the council by the way a pub near where i live is about 500 years ago and its claim to fame was bonnie prince charlie had three pints there or something but the village has nothing else in it the full story is one man owned the pub another man owned land behind it and wanted to build flats on it the two men hated each other the pub owner then decided to sell the man who owned the land decided to pay somebody else to go and buy the pub for him but in his name the pub is closed and not a single resident will be surprised when it burns down the pub is B listed

The Official Second Amendment / Gun Ban Thread
saltandsauce replied to Meg's topic in Current Events
the council installed doors that only open outwards so people would stop using the close as a urinal .the doors can't be kicked in and can take some serious hammer action beleive me i've tried -
http://thescotsman.scotsman.com/latestnews/-Trump--39between-you.3942311.jp Donald trump has made both himself and the scottish government (former scottish executive) look even more sleazy by not following our stringent planning system to build 2 golf courses on sites of special scientific interest. Trumps plan was turned down by aberdeenshire council but Trump refuses to follow the usual appeal process. The dodgy quote from Donal to Alex Salmond (first minister) was "If Jack Nicklaus tried to do this, he'd have zero chance, but they like what I've done, and because I am who I am and my mother is Scottish. Between you and me, I'm going to get it" what do you make of that?

The worst building in the world
saltandsauce replied to tcx's topic in Architecture & Urban Planning
the building in Poland fails to be the empire state building and has horrible fusions of architecture neo gothic, gothic georgian and a little greco-roman which mixes to form a horrid brown in the paint of architecture -

Intelligence without the High-Tech
saltandsauce replied to CheshireDragon's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
ID also has an annoying habit of polluting anyways remember that high technology industry will only set up in industrial zones without any IM or ID so bear that in mind -
do you think the US or UK (for those thinking im just ranting) act in their constituents interest? if you do you think they are the government OF the people FOR the people sounds like the "project for the new american century" is coming to fruition bearing in mind that Tony bLIAR forced declaration of war through with the act of parliament so yes this is democracy at work next to nobody wanted the war in iraq in the UK for the reasons stated maybe if it was "OK we put saddam hussein in charge and we don't like him you don't like him so we'll at least get rid of him" but what we were told was he MIGHT have had WMDs

peodophiles have existed forever yet only tihs generation is cotton wrapped go up the generations and the kidshad more freedom grandparents were kept out of the house until dinner was ready parents were expected to stay out of the house but stay in the street (they played in groups so no kids were ever alone now you have to state your name address, emergency telephone number, backup emergency number , blood group, which adults will be present, how much training these adults have received kids are resilient against danger especially in groups of course parents alwayss made sure some older kids were nearby to keep them right

Pope identifies 7 new sins, including pollution, drug abuse...
saltandsauce replied to fukuda's topic in Current Events
i'm not a fan of the pope and that is from a Roman Catholic but he has a point people no longer see wrong in things that are just wrong like drugs and the "players" who just go around sleeping around with whoever they can and the norm being one parent not two nobody staying together and lack of social contact between so many close(ly related) relatives and friends. those rules have always been in there but the Pope just amplified them 1, man was trusted with God's creation as stewards (people who mind things for other people but never own them) of earth. that means respect the earth 2, one of the seven deadly sins is gluttony which means complete and utter greed 3, we've managed without stem cell research and genetic manipulation since forever so why do we HAVE to start it now. 4, Priests take a vow which is their only devotion is to serve God and his people so that rules out marriage and so. one of the main rules in Christianity is that you cannot change the word of God EVER most of this is rephrasing so the plebians can understand God is not your mum saying thats wrong but of course you will never go through a bad spell when you feel completley isolated and alone will you don't you DARE accuse those who have faith in something as being weak because everyone needs somebody but yes lets abolish silly things like marriage and stable families and people who don't take drugs and make stabbing people legal while were at it -
i don't think this counts as sprawl since there isn't much of it but the new housing in britain is ALL laid out in a sprawling manner, they have those stupid dead end cul de sacs that are a nightmare if you take a wrong turn. i'm not calling for straight street but please NO CUL DE SACS there are gaps (wow gaps) between each house instead of semis and terraces and flats like we've always had more gardens have those crappy trampolines even though nobody really wants a garden because nobody has the time to maintain one so they all look minging
-
cough this is about AGE not RACE and ghetto is not synonemous with ethnic "minorities" the "ghettos" here are called schemes and they are inhabited by the chronically unemployed and junkies but here is the punch line most of them are WHITE in britain if you immigrate here then you will be upwardly mobile in the class system if you were born here you are only downwardly mobile i know this first hand since a lot of youngish adults have parents who are relativley rich but they themselves are skint and have really lousy jobs if you are born in the gorbals you will die in the gorbals at 56 after being stabbed or a heart attack
