    Hey guys, Im looking for this one city ordinances mod/cheat.. It had auto toggle, godfather ordinance that gave $10k a month, RCI demand, ect.. I know it somewhrere on stex, I been searching for hours and I just can't find it... If you guys can just tell me who made it or the name of the cheat that'll be great... Thanks!!
