  1. Apparently, the ST servers know when they're being talked about: http://img458.imageshack.us/img458/3751/stchatownagejp5.png
  2. Tarkus: That picture also gave me an idea of which traffic signs would work as type-21s. I can think of maybe four or five right now: 1) Exit Gore Sign 2) Ramp Advisory Speed Sign 3) Merge Sign 4) Yield Sign 5) Stop Sign In any event, this keeps getting better and better! I'm sure I'll have a crack at the American RHW - MIS textures when you upload them.
  3. The New Moose Factory - Virtual Bar & Grill

As of eleven days ago, I'm off the market. Her name's Christina. I might bring her virtual self over here for dinner on Valentine's Day.
  4. What's the population of your hometown?

Birthplace | Houston, TX: ~2.5 million Hometown | Lyndonville, NY: ~825 Residence | Buffalo, NY: ~290,000 ( and dropping )
  5. The New Moose Factory - Virtual Bar & Grill

    N_O_Body: I LOL'd.
  6. I'm definitely excited to see this come out. According to what Tarkus has said, pretty much anything you can dream up or have seen somewhere will be possible. That fact has me absolutely salivating.
  7. American Fire Vehicles

Very nice! This is worth a 10.
  8. Tarkus: I just remembered - I've got some traffic signs made up for the RHW - MIS . . . a merge sign, a exit gore sign, a ramp speed sign . . . . if you'd like to use them, please give me a holler!
  9. What Music are you listening to right now?

Currently Playing: 3 Doors Down - Here Without You | Acoustic Version
  10. Tarkus: Wow, just wow. My advanced vocabulary can't find a word to describe how that looks. I will revert to a saying from my favourite hockey announcer: Scary Good!
  11. All Your Base

I'm surprised I haven't seen this yet: Somebody set up us the bomb. LMAO! Nicely done here. If you're a BATer, how about an AYBABTU billboard? :P
  12. dP CTU

Excellent idea! It's high time '24' made its SimCity premiere!
  13. quirlix: Nicely done!Tarkus: I like the way that ramp looks. Quick question, though - if we don't want an on-ramp directly across from the off-ramp (like in a diamond interchange), will that be a possibility?

I'll clean up, if you'd like. Oh, and here's an interesting tidbit: Labatt USA, the brewer and seller of Labatt Blue, Blue Light, and Nordic is moving its corporate headquarters to the Key Center right here in Buffalo, NY. The Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Rochester region is one of Labatt's largest selling areas by volume.
  15. bwatterud: The reason only one intersection's double yellow lines are split is because traffic going from the road to the RHW can only turn in one direction - right.
  16. The New Moose Factory - Virtual Bar & Grill

I skipped kindergarten. Looking back, I'm kinda sad because I didn't get naptime. Anyhow, this is my 2,001st post - let the party begin!
  17. Tarkus: If you'd like, I can supply some traffic signs (exit, yield, do not enter, merge, etc.) to be included. Break Out The Champagne - POST # 2000!

Just drop in with your party. Do you want any special menu or service? Five years on a board is quite significant, and 2000 posts is a lot of writing unless they are one-liners.quote> N_O_Body: The service in here is always exceptional. Nothing further is needed. As for my party - the entire community is invited. Good thing this joint is virtual - we might need a massive vexpansion.

  20. Bobbo662s BAT Thread

Bobbo662: It's good to hear you're doing better. Excellent job on everything you've done so far.

Just continue the left lane of the one-way road to just before the off-ramp merges in before ending that lane. Also consider doing that over an extended distance (like 16 tiles, since if I remember correctly, that's the max). Tarkus: With the RHW-6, 8, and 10 (and 12 and potentially 18, if they're ever released), remember to consider options for on-ramps to be able to merge into the new lane, and for the lane to be able to be "exit only" at an off-ramp. Also, I had a nice idea for the RHW-18. Since having 9 lanes in one direction is very rare, you could stripe off the inner 2 or 3 lanes as "managed lanes," with limited access to other roads and the general mainline (you would use puzzle pieces to connect the lanes).quote> Are you referring to a collector / distributor system, also known as an 'express / local' lane system? That would definitely be a nice addition to have, as well as the ability to designate certain lanes as 'exit only. I tell you what - when all this is done, I'm gonna have a lot of fun making signs for this.

Nerd_Guy: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a pretty good movie. Borderline ridiculous, but it has its funny moments.
