    The idea itself is great, but as the others menioned: it would be better if you make the lots 3-6 tiles long. Well you said, that this is your plan - than it's great. For the moment it's still useless, although it's a really great idea. If you realize the longer tiles, you'll get definitvely a 10!

    Three dixi toilets for this small construction zone? Are the workers working or drinking?! I think your lot isa bit overdone. Also it would be better if it has any function like blocking the traffic or pooluting the air. So 7 for the idea.
