"If Zanapolis is to adopt that system of writing, then what about its other official languages like Russian, Chinese and Japanese?" Who said it has to become the only Language?Let think about it being the 7th language of Zanapolis. Btw,let say it's form a big group of Refugees,tht came to Zanapolis,from a Planet that was destroyed,in a war. -
