Firstly, we all advise new members to read the omnibus. - One of the best tutorial bases for simcity on the internet. Secondly, I suggest you download some neccesary plugins from the exchange, also known as the stex. If you are having trouble finding compulsory files, there are several threads in the SimCity 4 General Discussion board that will help you. Hey, JoystickJunkie! I seem to find that the sims don't have any working purpose. I do however hear and trust the articles that appear on the bottom of the screen when in mayor mode. They may be simulated in a similar system, but I find them much more useful and trustworthy than the sims. xxbydesign: I haven't. -Ruler Of The Sea
