Does paging file size really matter for sim city 4?

Running with only 512MB RAM I noticed a slightly improved performance with paging file set to 4GB. -
You find it here: https://www.simtropolis.com/modding/index.cfm?p=details&id=185 Just unzip to plugin folder, and it appears under the city ordinance menu.

Thats not much! I love this game, but there could have been some minor improvments. Like EA releasing the sourse codes so the modders could go banana! Without ST it would have been really sad.....

Strange. They should have been found near the bottom of your park-menu. Im quite sure theres no dependencies for this lots.

It depends on the wealth level and zoning along the avenu. Low wealth and industri trigger the concrete, but $$/$$$ res and com will trigger the more attractive medians. -
What about taxes? You could turn down res.taxes to raise demand, and make sure you got a lot of public transport facilities between res and com.

Hi! Got this lil` problem, that all of the details around the buildings suddenly disappeared. No trees, no flowers, no fences and gardens, not even a single garbage-can to see in my city. This happened AFTER i`ve downloaded the update from SimCity.com. I have deleted all my plugins, and adjusted the grahic settings to " high". Nothing happens. The details have also disapeared from my comercial lots, just buildings surrounded by dirt, grass etc. I want details! Help please.

Thanx, but wasn`t able to find those files. EA-site says file dont exist, by the way I`m running the Deluxe edition. Everything was OK before I updated from EA, and added some plugins, whom I`ve deleted later. Only installation running is the NAM. Could that be it?
