Try start up SC4 without running any other programs, enter one of your affected cities and try saving. That usually works for me.... Good luck!

Hi there. Try a search for "cycledogg". He made some great mods both terrain and trees there. STEX has plenty of these types of mods, try a specific search for "tree mod","rock mod" or "terrain" and you`ll sure find something of interest.

Good news, lets hope mr. Obama find his way through the political mud left behind by his predecessor. And bless the world.

Quite common if you remove plugins you have used in that particular city before demolishing it. The numbers are hexi decimals or something and is somewhat hard to identify. Try reinstall the last files you removed from your plugin folder and see if that helps. If this happened lately its probably related to something removed recently. Check the "read-me" files which attach to the downloaded file to see if you miss some dependencies. Make regular backups, especially before removing anything. Thats my best advice. If you cant figure out what files missing the best I can come up with is to start over with a fresh new tile...

Hi! If you have installed any updates, make sure you set visual settings to high (or atleast medium. You find it by clicking the button with 3 dots in left lower corner and then click the one with the monitor icon). Updating usually default this settings. Hope this helps

Nice work so far, those suburbs looks great and all over its beautiful!

Looking good Mr.B. Nice tutorial and great work so far! That tunnel entrance looks very interesting.

Its not easy (if possible at all) finding the missing plugin by that number. Best way is to remember if you resently removed any plugins, and reinstall them. Remember to never remove/uninstall custom content before demolishing the lots in your city. It can cause unwanted issues.

Windows Vista Sim City 4 problem.
Geronimo replied to ReschNicolai's topic in SC4 Bugs & Technical Issues
Oops, thats not looking good... Never seen that before, a city and region view overlay at the same time? Really I dont know what could have happened, are you running RushHour/Deluxe, what system specs, any mods/plugins etc? Were any programs running while saving? That can cause unvanted glitches at least in XP, but Vista I dont know. Good luck anyway hope someone can help you out here.. -
Try going through *start/programs/maxis/simcity4/* and see if it works that way. (stupid idea but make sure you have the right disc inserted as well (disc 2)...) As you have a dual core proscessor, which can cause some unwanted issues, be sure to set the affinity to one core only. This tuorial would may be helpful: linkie Make sure you get the updates from the SC4 Site as they will fix some minor issues: linkie Hope this helps....
