Hmm, this game has yet to crash for me. Its strange though, that it happened if your PC specs surpass the requirements, as my PC is just sitting on these requirements, and have yet to come by a system crash... Sorry, can't help you out here.

It is a great game, when you take the time out to ply it, but the initial loading time kills me! Especially when you open the game for the very first time, and the anxiety to see if you bought a good game or a bad game... Oh well, after that, the rest of the game runs very smoothly, and game saves are lightning fast.

Hmm I'd have to say Civ3 is marginally better than Civ4, based on the depth of gameplay...
