Wow, most of those buildings are form Amsterdam! Nice! By the way, those narrow builds... most of them do really exist in RL and are narrow build. Amsterdam was booming in the 17th century but couldn't expand out of the city walls, so the only way was up.

That is the last line of a song called "Nature Boy". It is true by my own experience. Live each day like it was your last. I thought she made it up herself...But I've never heard of that song before. Who wrote it? And who's the singer?

To make this a real Dutch bus stop... place the bench a bit more to the back of the ''lot''. Try to make the sign yellow (as are allmost all Dutch bus stop sings, except for Arriva signs). Om deze halte meer Nederlands te make... plaats de bank wat meer naar achteren. Probeer het bord meer geel te maken (zoals alle bushalteborden zijn, met uitzondering van die van Arriva). Keep up the good work. Hou je goede werk vol.

My sister tought me this one: the only thing you'll ever learn is to love and be loved in return. Now think about that one.

That brown stuff is sugar... pure sugar... so there are lots of carbs in that ''cocktail''. But that taste :mouth starts watering: ...

This picture was taken at the Tong Tong Fair in The Hague. And indeed, it is South East Asian drink... in this case Indonesian. The ''worms'' are actually rise. And I must say... I loved it! Man... that taste and smell.... biggest problem was the amount of carbohydrates... I have diabetes and those two don´t allways combine in a nice way.

I guess you've never seen the boats here in Amsterdam then... half naked guys/girls on them... But most of the 80 barges are filled with people celebrating our freedom, celebrationg a great time with music and such. In Amsterdam you'll see barges with the severall organizations like: the police, the mayor of Amsterdam, secretary of defence and part of the department of defence, reprecentives of the municipality of The Hague and the municipality of Rotterdam, Gaydar, Gay Romeo and many other companies and such. But there is allso a boat for under 16 and 65+ GLBTs.

Technically the country or the Netherlands only borders to: Germanny, Belgium and England in Europe. In the Caribbean the country borders with Venezuela and Curacao (Bonaire is part of the country), Saba and Sint Eustatius border with Sint Maarten (Dutch part) and Sint Kitts and Nevice. The kingdom has the borders posted by Wiecher. So like the UK there are severall countries within the kingdom. Aruba, Curacao and Sint-Maarten are seperate countries within the kingdom.

I am homosexual myself and may never get married (my boyfriend thinks it'll take any kind of freedom away from him) but I am still pro-marriage. Even though I think it is nonsense. All the rights and obligations should be the same as for official partnership. But marriage still has some advantages over partnership here.

I hope to drive a Citroen DS some day... they should still be affordable here in Europe.

Finally a thread I really feel something for. It says: "Raised to be straight, nvertheless it turned out well." Or at least something of that order. It was signed by the neighbour (male) of Loesje.

I'll be honest with you, this bat looks out of place to me. A building doesn't have to look dull like most Maxis buildings. Just have a look at the buildings on the former Netherlands Antilles, and some in Scandinavia. Take the advice from the other here, use textures, place some cars on the lot so it looks like it's being used. What you allso can do is open a thread for advise (at the forum). Try to create a fire station as you know how they look in real life. You don't have to recreate one, but at least take details from real life fire stations and use them for your bat. Have fun for your next upload, and use our advices. Great first try!!!
