Let's begin with the center of commerce and business for Harbor City. The ever growing and evolving center of the city is very much alive. Touts the tallest buildings in all of the Emerald Valley. The regions largest university is also located downtown. Harbor State University. Known for it's powerhouse football and men's and women's soccer programs. The football team plays at the largest collegiate football stadium the famed Red Hill Stadium home of the Titans. The soccer teams play at the historic Harbor Croft Stadium across the way from the college radio station WXRM. After a victory or even to celebrate the night after final exams the place to be in town is College Square a small area across the street from Red Hill Stadium. It contains sports bars,student apartments and other local hangouts. And finally the last portion, the main part of campus and the brand new Harbor State Library.

Preface: So this is pretty much my first attempt at a city journal. All comments are welcome and thanks for looking Intro: Harbor City is the largest city in the Emerald Valley region. The city itself is a fairly new one by city age standards. It's situated on the Emerald Harbor. The multi-cultural roots shows in the city architecture. The La Rivera District is a beach front area of the city. It boasts some of the best hotels and harbor views in the city. The districts Spanish flavor is just one of many cultures seen in the city.
