Preface: So this is pretty much my first attempt at a city journal. All comments are welcome and thanks for looking Intro: Harbor City is the largest city in the Emerald Valley region. The city itself is a fairly new one by city age standards. It's situated on the Emerald Harbor. The multi-cultural roots shows in the city architecture.
