    Any of the above, but generally the amount of area you zone for a specific type. For every 6 residental buildings you want 2 commericial and 1 industrial. This kind of mix must to be placed side-by-side or I can Put in other way? There is possible to u show on sample of one city that this work? Owww. by the way, thnx for share yours experience!!
