........umm...!? i'm sure the parents are going to have a field day all over the administration i'm sure they wouldn't do that at our school though because three students died in a car accident last year, although drunk driving & speed wasn't involved - i've had to go through the emtional pain o finding out three of your friends are dead, i con only imagine how it feels for them though, they were tricked - by OFFICIALS if a kid did that, as eauclaireliberal said, they'd have thee cuffs out because of the "zero tolerance" policy not sure what else to say but wow

personally i always have my mp3 player at hand, wether it be riding my bike or whatnot, but i'm at least respnsible enough to keep the volume low enough that i can hear cars, people, ect. i definetly don't think there should be laws on them though....i mean come on, it's about responsibility, do there really have to be laws on that when it's there own fault?

i personally use a mixture of zoning and plopping buildings, as mulefisk said, you can't plop residential you will gave to let it grow. basically what i do is zone my city out and once it is done growing i plop the taller buildings to accent and compliment the skyline, but overall, it is best to just play around with it a bit and find your style. i find that when i try plopping all of the buildings w/o any maxis buildings to fill in around it it never looks good. hope i helped =]

hey i posted a while ago asking how to uninstall the hsrp mod and i took all the necessary steps to take it out and its still in my game, i took out the files from the plugins folder but it still shows up in the game, whats wrong?

I would have to say newark, passaic, or patterson,nj i grew up in clifton, and anyone from new jersey will tell you these three cities, patterson & passaic are slowly getting better, but newark is in terrible a terrible condition, just last year there where a little over 100 homocides =/ yeah

i'm pretty sure that i could use cad (computer aided drafting) software to make some buildings...but how could i do this, would i still need the BAT, the software i have is TurboCAD Deluxe Version 10 it is Autocad file compatible, integrated 3D lightworks Rendering, and alot more, i've had this software and i am finnaly leaning how to use it, so i was just wondering if it would be possible
