    Truth be told, I gotta say that the amount of parking isn't very far off for some pools. The public pool by me has got this much, if not more parking.

    I'd tax more favorably to a middle and upper class populace, attracting more corporations and higher end business, and give a break to manufacturing and high tech industries.

  14. Constantina makes a very good point. Proper education facilities for corresponding age groups is essential. And to keep your older sims sharp, build libraries and museums to remind them how important education is

    Try to keeps commercial sectors close by, and make sure that if your pop is big enough to beef up rapid transit. of course you never know with those crazy sims :\

    Yeah. I tried the plop mod. After about one month, no matter how many jobs were close by, they would abandon. I got rid of it. But I doubt he's using it.
