It's been a while since your last release - good to see you're still busy making lots that really make these old buildings shine! I like how the result is both realistic and totally unspectacular on the one hand, but still great to look at and full of details on the other. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for another amazing model! Your quality has improved so much it's almost scary. However, I wish you kept using your BAT thread to gather some input because I see some minor problems that you could fix - you clearly have the skill and capability, it's just that sometimes one doesn't see everything and needs someone to point it out. That's exactly where a BAT thread comes in handy. One little problem I saw is that grey line outlining the right half of your building. It is caused by the alpha map. I'd like to point out the 3dsmax troubleshooting thread starting from page 47 - you'll find a discussion on this subject there, and a solution. The second problem is that some of the window night lights are illogical. You see, if a window right next to a corner is lit, then the first window(s) around the corner would also have to be lit because they belong to the same room. When lighting up windows, always try to imagine where the walls would be inside the building. The walls divide each floor into rooms, and logically each of these rooms is either lit or it isnt. This means that all of the windows pertaining to that room must be either lit or dark as a consequence. The resulting window light patterns will differ depending on the building: An office building will probably have fewer, larger rooms - hence, you'd typically see longer coherent strips of windows lit up at night. A hotel or a residential building, however, will have many smaller rooms, so the window light pattern will look more scattered. I hope this feedback may be of some use to you, and I sure hope you'll keep BATting and rocking the STEX!
